Our client is the digital marketing team of a major financial company seeking a CMS Coordinator (known as the Web/Email Consultant) for a 37.5-hours/week, 1-year contract with possible extension. This is a hybrid assignment based in NYC or Northern NJ that will be mostly remote and require going onsite occasionally as needed (1 days per week every other week, maybe less). Hours are typically 9AM-5PM EST with a 30-minute break.

The CMS Coordinator will support 2 areas:
1. Website Enhancements:
- Ensure appropriate copy and creative with stakeholders including Marketing and Compliance
- Create and update templates and copy in Drupal
- Test and ensure accuracy of updates
- Deploy and support metrics reporting
2. Email Campaigns:
- Create email templates and campaigns in Marketing Cloud
- Coordinate testing to ensure accuracy of email distribution and creative/copy
- Deploy and support metrics reporting

The CMS Coordinator must have:
- 2+ years of experience using a CMS (being comfortable with Drupal is a plus but not required)
- 2+ years of experience managing and creating email campaigns using an email marketing or marketing automation platform (being comfortable with ExactTarget is a plus but not required)
- Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn new technology (e.g. CVENT)
