Our client, one of the largest marketing driven media agencies, is looking for a long term freelance Multi- Channel Associate Director to support their team for maternity leave coverage until 8/2022. This is a remote opportunity.

*Experience managing large complex accounts. Expert multi channel media knowledge with the ability to provide strategy a MUST! Upper funnel brand awareness is a must have! Video Upfront experience on a Nat'l level a must!

Responsibilities for the Multi-Channel Associate Director:
- Solid relevant national multi-channel media planning experience with strong media fundamentals a must. Ability to proficiently apply principles of planning including reach, frequency, efficiency and engagement measurement, etc. to plan recommendations
- Be able to create and present strategic planning decks based on sound media principles
- Extensive multi-channel experience but particularly National Video Upfront experience, ideally Local experience as well, but Local is not a must.
- Fully understand how to use and apply media research, reporting resources and syndicated industry tools (e.g. Nielsen Ad Intel, Kantar, MRI, comScore, MediaTools)
- Strong leadership and supervisory experience in terms of developing media professionals and prior experience in a client contact role
- Positive can do attitude that inspires and motivates action across channel teams / departments and disciplines; fosters team building atmosphere and is able to connect the dots to deliver holistic media recommendations and deliverables to clients
- Solution-oriented; demonstrates creativity and agility when problem solving and multi-tasking
- Have experience on mass, multifaceted, fast-paced, involved accounts. Ideally blue chip advertisers

Qualifications for the Multi-Channel Media Associate Director:
- 7-10+ years of Strategy and Media experience
- Strong digital acumen
- Prior experience managing teams
- Digital and traditional media experience with experience managing multi million dollar spend
- Proven experience managing partnerships
- Nimble and flexible with ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Upper level funnel brand awareness a must have
- Video Upfront experience on a Nat'l level a must have
