Our client, a global information and technology company and the world's primary distributor of financial data, is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join their team.

**Please note: In order to be considered for this position, you must be able to commute to the client's office in Manhattan 3 days per week and work from home 2 days per week! A laptop will be provided to you!**

The Paid Media Specialist will:

- Develop and execute purposeful, measurable search, social and display campaigns in support of go-to-market activities, coordinating with international colleagues
- Perform keyword research, set up audiences and create paid media plans that will contribute to website builds and communication plans
- Monitor and optimize campaigns, provide analysis and recommend adjustments of budget, creative, messaging and channel strategy based on key performance indicators, pausing underperforming ads as needed
- Keep internal team up to speed on tools and interfaces within the PPC space such as Google Ads, Google Display network, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and SEMRush
- Liaise and collaborate with other channels and cross-functional teams to align on prioritization of work and strategy for overall digital marketing
- Use A/B testing to identify standard methodologies for content types and distribution channels
- Develop and manage relationships with third-party advertising partners, networks, and affiliates
- Adapt and enhance our programmatic features with agility to capitalize on changing market conditions
- Champion the power of paid media internally, evangelizing efforts and success stories
- Foster a culture of innovation and creativity, and approach challenges with a can-do attitude

The Paid Media Specialist must:

- Have at least 3 years of paid media campaign execution with proven ROI (full cycle of campaigns)
- Have prior experience in acquisition, performance marketing, and/or media planning role with a track record of using data-driven methods to inform digital targeting, segmentation and advertising
- Experience with financial products marketing is a plus
- Have proven experience with Google Adwords and Microsoft Advertising
- Google Certified Professional preferred
- Have advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google DataStudio and Google Optimize
- Have advanced proficiency in campaign work across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram
- Experience with Workfront is a plus
- Have great relationship management skills with exemplary communication and presentation skills (persuasive written, compelling oral)
- Have experience managing multiple platforms, campaigns and projects simultaneously
- Have experience with landing page optimization strategies and SEO
- Have articulate and compelling communication skills whether you are in person or online
- Be comfortable educating other team members on how campaigns work and making recommendations on the best approach
- Have strong attention to detail with the ability to launch campaigns and content with accuracy and focus
- Have a passion for what you do and for working as a global multinational team
