Our client, a well-known medical facility, is looking for a Digital Asset Coordinator to join their team.

Ideally, you will be in the Tri-State area and able to go onsite to Manhattan from time to time.

The Digital Asset Coordinator Responsibilities:
-Work alongside the photo, design and content teams to provide support for the migration of assets to the Data Asset Management workflow
-Upload, tag and organize assets and metadata
-Manage photos received from photoshoots, check on consents and coordinate with art directors to identify selects
-Check assets in the Digital Asset Library to ensure they are still relevant and accurate
-Handle download requests for approval or rejection
-Send out consent forms tracks form process & once signed, add consent form details to the DAL metadata.
-Handle consent for photos requested for download from the Data Asset Library
-Resize and retouch photos as needed for the web and social media teams

The Digital Asset Coordinator Qualifications:
-Must be extremely detail oriented and organized
-Experience working with a Data Asset Management System is required
-Strong Adobe Photoshop Skills
-Superior knowledge of digital file formats
-Ability to handle a high volume of work with tight deadlines
