Our client, an employer brand agency, is looking for a full-time Account Manager to join their growing NY team!

This is ideally a hybrid onsite / offsite role in Manhattan, but the client does not have set days in / out of the office. They mainly want this person to be available to come onsite as needed or for meetings.

Ideally this role is 50% account management and 50% project management!

The Account Manager will:
-liaise with clients daily to establish timelines, budgets, and respond to inquiries
-build project plans and proposals, and partner with their in-house film production studio on client needs
-communicate with multiple departments, and ensure all deliverables meet timelines and budgets

The Account Manager has:
-3+ years of experience from an agency background, and proven experience building project plans / proposals
-strong knowledge of the creative process / working with creatives
-ability to deliver under pressure / meet strict deadlines
-excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive autonomously (create solutions)
