Our client, a creative and communications agency with the goal of bringing new voices and social change to the forefront, is looking for a Paid Media Director to join their team full time starting as soon as possible.

As the Paid Media Director, you will be working under the Head of Media and Campaigns managing the strategy for all of the paid media programs.

The Paid Media Director will be responsible for:
- Defining and overseeing the audience, the budgets, targeting efforts, and resource allocation of all paid media campaigns
- Developing creative paid media campaigns that capture the clients story and message
- Creating quality assurance plans to ensure that all work has went through strategic, editorial, and fact checking review prior to delivery
- Working cross functionally with the research team to gather metrics insights and to create a plan for future campaign optimization
- Keeping up with trends within the industry and bringing new and innovative ideas for campaign work
- Maintaining the relationship with external vendors who assist with the execution of paid media campaigns

- 8+ years of experience in the electoral / political space
- Strong passion for current issues including, but not limited to, economic justice, gender justice, climate action, criminal justice, democracy, and politics
- Proficient in standard and rich media ad trafficking software for display, video, mobile and other emerging channels
- Strong communication to make recommendations for campaigns that align with clients goals, objectives, budgets, and timelines
- Able to managing external vendors and budgets
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills while overseeing multiple projects at once
