Our client, a growing digital innovation agency is looking for hands-on Senior Level UX Designers to join their team, full time.

This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative, growing team at an organization that values employee growth. The role is hybrid 2-3 days onsite in NYC, depending on safety conditions. They are open to fully remote. Vaccines are required if onsite.

UX Designer responsibilities:
Work as a lead on projects to understand business, consumer, and channel strategies, requirements, timelines and other inputs/parameters
Research topics to understand material fully; gather additional information from subject matter experts as necessary
Generate (individually and as part of a larger team) UX concepts that are on strategy and on brand; when required, generate distinctive approaches and provide context and rationale to aid decision-making
Contribute ideas and written or designed material for strategy documents, pitch presentations and other operational documents
Communicate and present for internal and client meetings, representing the interests and point-of-view of the agency accurately and appropriately
Lead digital strategy, applying product design thinking to propose innovative and actionable concepts
o Communicate concepts through user journeys, narratives, stories, prototypes, sketches, wireframes, interface designs, and /or information architectures
Produce innovative concepts and work that translate complex ideas and UX findings into compelling, smart and forward-thinking digital experiences across platforms, mobile and media applications and internal tools.
Produce/maintain UX/UI frameworks, including branded theme and component system
Define, evolve or leverage client brand systems to meet user and client needs; ensure all delivered work adheres to and maintains visual and brand consistency
Test concepts and ideas, by leveraging relevant software, tools, and processes
Optimize concepts based on client feedback, testing and analytics
Collaborate productively with colleagues across strategy, content, delivery, technology

UX Designer qualifications:
5+ years agency or in-house UX design and production experience, including independently leading projects
Experience building standards and guidelines; using digital playbooks and UI kits
Experience conducting qualitative and/or quantitative research gathering insights to generating conclusions
Experience facilitating discovery and creative ideation with clients and colleagues
Proficient in Figma & Sketch
Confident presenter to clients and colleagues, gathering feedback, managing requests
Strong interest in emerging digital and design trends, standards, and creative processes
Experience delivering in a fast-paced, deadline-driven multi-project environment
Portfolio of work that demonstrates strategic, conceptual and creative thinking
Strong consulting, communication, and writing skills
Self-motivated, flexible, willing to learn from others, take chances and jump right in
