Salesforce Marketing Coordinator - Freelance to full time

Our Client, a leader in language education, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to assist their team in a freelance capacity with the opportunity to go full time.

This role is remote and a workstation will be provided.

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Managing budgeting processes including processing invoices, assigning codes, and routing items for approval using tracking tools.
- Effectively tracking invoices against fiscal year budgets
- Providing updates on budgetary spend vs revenue
- Entering data and cleaning as needed
- Creating reports in Salesforce for marketing department based on information provided
- Managing assets as needed (i.e image library, asset library, etc.)
- Assisting with placing orders for event collateral
- Performing other Marketing admin work as needed

The ideal Marketing Coordinator will have the following qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience as Executive Assistant, Marketing or Event support role
- Experience working in Salesforce
- Proficiency in Outlook and Google Drive
- Experience with budgeting ideal
- Experience with Eloqua ideal
- Ability to manage and juggle priorities on a daily basis and work independently
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, meets deadlines consistently
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Genuine interest in helping and learning
- Proactive, self-starter who can also be flexible/ ok with ambiguity
