Our client is a global marketing technology company, and they are seeking a Freelance UX Researcher to join their team.

The UX Researcher will be working on an overarching project related to multiple media channels to generate insights that will allow for a better understanding of the audiences. You will be working under the supervision of the Lead UX Researcher.


The UX Researcher will be responsible for the following:
- Collaborate closely with the team to run the generative process of research end-to-end, scoping and performing interviews, distilling findings and generating insights.
- Collaboratively and independently develop and execute research roadmaps for the website, newsletters, and YouTube channels.


The ideal UX Researcher should possess the following:
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Experience and case studies of generative research
- Strong ability to work independently and manage ones time
- Extensive experience with data and utilizing numbers to define and support hypotheses
- Extensive experience with storytelling to get traction with various audience
- Experience using Dovetail is a huge plus!
