Client Services Manager - Full Time

Our client, a VC-backed start-up culinary events platform that is re-imagining the dining experience, is seeking a Client Services Manager to join their team full time.

This role is remote and onsite and you will need your own computer. **For the first 3 months, you will observe 5-7 dinners/ month and then continue to remain active at events to stay close to the client experience**

Client Services Manager Responsibilities:
- 70% Project management
- 30% Account management
- Owning client services including troubleshooting promo codes, collecting dietary restrictions, customizing menus, coordinating vendors, delivering compelling and consistent event experience (clients: dinner guests, corporate clients, brand partners, concierge services, and other demand-generation collaborations)
- Managing the reservation platform
- Assist with ideating F+B packages and special events
- Coordinating chef and venue availability for inquiring clients
- Ensuring client requests are fulfilled by the Operations team
- Ensuring all client requests and terms and conditions in event agreements are fulfilled and executed by the operations team.
- Ensuring deposits and event balances are paid.
- Work with Director of Marketing to understand and optimize Cost of Acquiring a Customer
- Leverage positive client experiences to earn reviews, referrals, and references that can lead to more business
- Be acutely aware of value proposition to all three key stakeholders and able to succinctly articulate our value proposition to each
- Manage 15-20 accounts at once
- Report to the Chief Revenue Officer, working alongside the sales team and marketing team

Client Services Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years in Account Management, Sales, Marketing, or Project Management in a client-facing role managing several accounts
- Experience working with Fortune 1,000 companies
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, eloquent demeanor
- Passion for food and wine, entertaining, and storytelling a must
- Has patience with clients and teammates and will do what it takes to ensure a fantastic client experience
- Has a start-up, problem-solving mentality and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, flexible environment
- Extremely organized and obsessed with building processes and systems that save time and create financial efficiencies.
