Remote CX Operations Manager

Our client in the tech industry is seeking a Customer Experience (CX) Operations / Project Manager for a 1-year, 40-hour/week contract that will start remotely and likely extend or convert. The ideal candidate will be local to NYC or NJ to transition to a hybrid onsite schedule (date still TBD). For NYC candidates, vaccination is required.

The CX Operations Manager will:
- Support the planning and delivery team with daily operations for UX Design projects
- Coordinate meetings to drive progress and next steps
- Proactively assess risks and resolve issues
- Measure impact of initiatives and programs quantitatively and qualitatively
- Partner with other Marketing CX teams cross-functionally to ensure a consistent development process for UX Design projects

The CX Operations Manager must have 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, including 2 years working directly with product/UX design teams.

Agency management experience is a bonus.
