Our client, an innovative D2C real estate brokerage, is seeking a freelance Graphic Designer with animation skills to support their team.

**Please note: This is a part time role estimated about 10- 15 hours per week! The ideal candidate will be able to join the team in their office in Tribeca a few days per week but the team is open to fully remote candidates. You must work off of your own equipment!**

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for:

- Concepting and producing designs across all channels including, but not limited to: print collateral / direct mail / neighborhood guides, event materials, email, web pages, social / digital ads, graphics, gifs and videos
- Utilizing the brand's current templates for email and social and elevating the designs, adding treatments of content, etc.
- Understanding best design practices across all social channels, especially Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
- Understanding and utilizing the brand's current guidelines, style guides, fonts, colors, etc. to inform your creative process
- Ensuring brand design standards are upheld, style guide is adhered to and all assets remain on brand
- Supporting in brand execution to ensure consistency across brand through all channels

The ideal Graphic Designer must:

- Have at least 1 year of design experience, with an emphasis on social
- Have a portfolio that showcases a clean, modern aesthetic and a range of print and digital work
- Be proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite and the Google Suite (Google Drive, Google Slides, etc.)
- Proficiency in After Effects is preferred
- Working knowledge of Klaviyo is preferred
- Be social media saavy and comfortable working across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and have a deep knowledge of the functionality and best practices of each platform
- Have a deep understanding of design, typography and layout principles, environmental graphics, digital best practices and production process
- Be self-sufficient with extremely strong organizational and time-management skills
- Be comfortable working in a startup environment where you will wear many hats
- Be comfortable doing primarily production-focused work
- Be comfortable working autonomously with limited hand holding as the sole designer on the team
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be comfortable working in a high volume, fast-paced environment on tight deadlines
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be responsive and adaptable
- Be able to synthesize internal feedback to produce nothing less than high-quality work for all deliverables
