Marketing Coordinator

Rate $20+ per hour
Our client, a global insurance company, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team for a long-term freelance role, also assisting the marketing team leaders with light admin. duties (calendars, marketing invoices, etc.).

Agency producer or account management experience would be helpful since their global team operates like a startup but entry level candidates are welcome to apply; the main requirements are an interest in marketing, professional curiosity, competency and the willingness to learn!

Marketing Coordinator Details:
Help move projects along the team will get the coordinator up to speed on ad specs etc.
Assist with a myriad of global ad campaign launches (Australia, Mexico, etc.)
Get involved in marketing projects and learn the various operations of each project tribe and regional team squad
Understand and get involved in the creative development processes, website, campaign deployment, etc.

This opportunity requires a background check / drug test.
Assist with light admin. duties including calendar management and meeting scheduling for 4 senior leaders on the marketing team, processing marketing invoices, vendor management, etc.
Starting out it could be 50% of the time on the marketing admin. duties but it will likely level off to ~30% of each week, just depending on the needs and workflow

Onboarding includes a background check / drug test.

This is a long-term, fully remote Marketing Coordinator opportunity with the potential to go full-time in a marketing role, without the admin. duties, working on projects wherever the Coordinator's skills and passions fit (SEO, website redesigns, campaign management, marketing technology, communications etc.).

There is the option to go onsite (NJ, NY or any of their nationwide offices) once things are open or remain fully remote, they're flexible either way.
