Our client, a travel media agency, is seeking a Director of Digital Ad Operations to join the team Full Time. This role would be hybrid and flexible to be onsite at least 2 days a week in their Secaucus location. Vaccination is a requirement for this position.

*Google Ad Manager, FB Ads, YouTube platform, or with programmatic advertising required

Reporting to the SVP of Product Development the Director of Digital Ad Operations should be well versed in digital media expertise and is responsible for Digital ad operations, product development, product implementation,
integrated media solutions, and process-intensive campaigns. Examples of products are traditional website
display, native content, social, video, email, eNewsletter etc.

Oversee current digital campaign managers, traffickers, program management who are responsible for
ensuring all ad campaigns, regardless of medium used are running smoothly
Participate in technology software reviews and work with vendors on key functionality.
Optimize ad operations and trafficking functions campaign QC, implementation, trafficking, delivery,
troubleshooting, reporting, inventor optimization, and billing integration
Scale team and capabilities, leveraging internal and external resources, including establishment of SLAs
for issue resolution
Act as a point of escalation for troubleshooting issues and provide technical support to external and
internal clients
Work with the business to ensure proper lead time is provided before the launch of new websites,
eNewsletters or other digital products
Provide review, analysis and recommendation for inventory and yield management that focuses on
optimization strategy and determines who will collaborate with teams responsible for onboarding new ad initiatives
Work with internal team to provide best in class reporting

Minimum of 5 years experience in email marketing, ad operations, ad analytics and metrics
Digital media expertise with a strong understand the conceptual technology background with thorough understanding of a MarTech platform, audience solutions, and reporting.
Technical background, with experience in various tools and applications that drive business success:
o Web analytic tools such as Omniture or Google
o Audience marketing tools such as Marketo, Pardot, or SF Marketing Cloud
o Database applications and tools such as Omeda, Lytics
o Ad server tools such as Google Ad Manager
o Web content management systems as they relate to audience behavior tracking and analytics
o Front end sales systems such as Netsuite CRM
Proficient communicator at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
