Our client, a boutique creative agency that is grounded in radical humanity, is seeking a Senior Account Manager with proven experience with experiential, influencer and live events to join their team as a full time employee.

**Please note: in this role you will be required to be in the office in Manhattan Tuesday-Thursday each week! A laptop will be provided to you!**

The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for:

- The health and retention of the live clients you manage on behalf of the agency, this includes experiential, influencer and live events
- Working collaboratively with respective department to achieve outstanding client relationships and work product
- Fostering a strong culture of trust with your clients and demonstrating an intimate knowledge of their business needs
- Leading your project teams with compassion, energy and positivity
- Actively seeking out feedback on your performance and look for ways to grow in your role
- Identifying resourcing bottlenecks and actively work with other departments to ensure they have the resources needed to deliver on projects
- Confidently critiquing and providing constructive and positive feedback on strategies developed in response to a client brief
- Effectively working across several projects, brands and internal teams concurrently ensuring excellence in output and work product
- Managing the internal flow of work and ensuring that the team members meet deadlines
- Communicating openly and effectively with internal teams to reach the best outcomes on briefs and project delivery
- Reading and researching industry articles and trade press to keep up with the latest market trends and insights and find ways to share with the rest of the agency


The Senior Account Manager must:

- Have at least 6 years of account management / client services experience at an agency or design firm, specifically handling experiential / live events
- Have proven experience handling multi-million dollar projects with high end brands
- Be able to confidently nurture relationships and elevate client service while being able to juggle the account management on projects that involve live work
- Be proficient in the Google Suite and Microsoft Suite (specifically PowerPoint)
- Have working knowledge of financial management and time tracking tools (e.g.Workflow Max, Receipt Bank)
- Be able to create, and contribute to, decks for presentations
- Have strong verbal communication and writing skills in both written and email
- Have excellent client management skills which inspires confidence and trust from clients and employees alike
- Be able to lead clients through challenging and innovative projects and campaigns
- Be comfortable working with multiple clients at once and be able to multi-task across multiple projects and teams
- Be extremely collaborative
- Be resourceful so that obstacles dont turn into delays and have excellent creative problem solving skills
- Have a razor sharp attention to detail, picking up things that others might miss
- Have a high EQ that helps you gauge the health of client relationships and the subtle shifts in sentiment, confidence and buy-in
- Be able to be direct while always showing warmth and understanding
- Be ambitious and growth oriented (both personally and professionally)
- Be an active listener that can absorb information thats shared, pivoting when needed to solve a client's problems
- Be comfortable working across multiple time zones (teams in London, LA and Sydney)
