Our client, a global financial data organization, is looking for a full time Associate Director, Marketing Operations (Lead Gen) to join their team, starting in early 2022.

***Please note, this role will require you to work onsite in midtown Manhattan 2-3 days per week starting in early 2022. You must be fully vaccinated according to CDC guidelines in order to be considered for this role.***

In this role, the Associate Director, Marketing Operations (Lead Gen) must have a deep understanding of marketing and sales alignment on lead generation and be an expert in Marketo, with a keen sense of analytics and reporting. You will be responsible for the strategy, design, implementation and maintenance of the company's lead management processes and marketing analytics. You'll collaborate with global stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Salesforce and Marketo teams to create scalable processes that improve sales productivity through quality marketing leads.

Responsibilities for the Associate Director, Marketing Operations (Lead Gen) include:

- lead management: managing end to end operation lead lifecycle in Marketo and Salesforce
- identifying integration errors and working with internal teams for resolution errors
- evaluating and implementing technologies to improve and optimize lead performance
- help assign qualified leads as needed
- develop and provide ongoing reporting on campaign performance, website analytics and lead generation initiatives to demonstrate marketing impact and contributions
- analyzing lead data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization

Requirements for the Associate Director, Marketing Operations (Lead Gen) include:

- minimum 5-7+ years of B2B marketing, with deep experience in lead generation
- advanced skills in Marketo, Salesforce and Excel
- experience creating dashboards and marketing reports to guide strategies and execution
- excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to take ownership of projects
