Our client, a well-known luxury real estate company, is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team, full time.

Please note, this opportunity is hybrid onsite 3 days/week in Midtown Manhattan and 2 days/week will be remote.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of marketing for the NY market, from strategy to research through to execution, aligning with the companys overall objectives. You would help lead a team of regional marketing managers and coordinators developing bespoke marketing plans to drive growth for both the brand and the agents. The ideal candidate is client-service oriented, creatively driven, solutions-oriented and a strategic-thinker.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Implement strategic marketing campaigns connecting all platforms, including website, email, print/DM, and social media, own marketing calendar development and management
- Manage brand identity work for custom agent content and creative, working with design specialists and writers
- Direct messaging and creative campaigns to ensure consistent and cohesive branding and messaging across platforms
- Collaborate and communicate across the org, finding inclusive ways to work and compliment efforts across the PR, marketing, advertising tech and analytics teams to develop integrated work-flow and informed outputs
- Be an internal evangelist for new software and technology platforms that aide agents in developing their marketing platforms (Youll be expected to learn the platforms, train agents on them and often use them yourself - proprietary to company)
- Work with internal and external partner vendors to deliver the best work across the marketing funnels for both agents and the brand and maintain those relationships
- Assume financial responsibility for the NY region, including owning marketing revenue, tracking and recording/reporting of financials, alongside your AVP Marketing lead

- 8+ Years experience in a marketing or branding role; Should have agency, creative production and project management experience
- 4+ years of management experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, client services experience and attitude
- Interested in third party analytics and/or keyword research tools, like Google Analytics
- Enthusiastic leader, experience managing a team and providing marketing direction
- Client facing ability, resourceful and proactive, eager and willing to help the team and go the extra mile
- Skilled communicator with great interpersonal skills, ability to build and manage relationships both internally and externally
- Detail orientated, able to work fast and effective under tight deadlines while prioritizing needs (strong project management skills)
- Proven leader, highly motivated and self-directed
- Very collaborative and can-do attitude, detail oriented
