Our client, a luxury retail brand, is seeking a Marketing / PR Coordinator to join their team freelance for about 40-hours/ week with the opportunity to go full time for the right person. This is a small team that wears many hats, so there is great exposure and opportunity to learn.

This role is onsite ~ 9-5pm, a computer will be provided, and there will be some need for travel to retail locations (if comfortable). COVID Vaccinations are required for this role.

Marketing / PR Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Coordinate timely execution of seasonal marketing programs, liaising with the sales planning, sales operations, and other internal teams
- Manage vendor relationships including project management of campaigns
- Assist with budgeting, billing, and invoices/expenses
- Acts as project lead to maintain timelines, budgets, and work product, while conducting follow up with Marketing executives
- Write copy and create collateral for retail, wholesale & b2b
- Activation tracking and reporting, presentation support (Marketing editorial and events recap)
- Competitive benchmarking analysis, keeping up with trends and sharing insights and best practicing
- Event support including collateral development, organization and coordination
- Maintain media contact database (press list)\ editorial loans
- Keep track of product, maintaining accurate product logs / documentation and ensuring timely returns
- Organizing PR samples, Marketing Collateral
- If possible, help create and edit engaging video content - including videos, photos, and other assets
- Administrative duties as needed
- Assist with social media as needed

Marketing/ PR Coordinator Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years experience in Marketing, PR, advertising and/or content creation
- Knowledge of social media platforms, email management systems, and willing to learn other relevant marketing tools.
- Proficiency in including MS Office, strong excel skills,
- An appreciation for the luxury goods industry
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite (including Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects) ideal, but not required.
- The ability to develop and support the introduction of new and improved method, procedures, or technologies.
- Develops better, faster, or less expensive ways to do things.
- Strong time, organizational and project management skills
- Proactive self-starter, motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
