Our client is an ad agency seeking a Copy Creative Director to join the team. This is a 40-hour/week, ongoing assignment that will be mostly remote but require some onsite meetings with clients.

The Copy Creative Director will:
- Lead and write creative copy, both short and long-form, across web, mobile, social media, video, and some print, for multiple clients
- Concept new copy ideas for clients and actively conduct research to develop strong understanding
- Guide, mentor, and direct junior creative staff
- Partner with Account / Strategy teams on client objectives
- Ensure timelines and budgets are met with PM team
- Collaborate on direction of creative briefs
- Help conduct performance assessments of staff
- Help establish brand and voice for client
- Conduct interviews with clients as needed

Deliverables are mostly short-form (banner ads, social content, headlines, etc.) but include some long-form as well (video scripts, campaign copy, etc.)

The Copy Creative Director must have:
- 5+ years of agency experience as a Copy Creative Director or Senior Copywriter, including Digital
- Leadership or management experience with creative team
- Strong presentation skills
