Our client, a well known healthcare group, is looking for an Assistant Marketing Director with deep healthcare experience to join their team full time.

***Please note, this role requires you to work onsite in midtown 3 days per week. You must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to be considered for this role.***

In this role, the Assistant Marketing Director will be supporting strategic growth and reach of the Physician's group of the organization through the strategy, development and implementation of 360 marketing initiatives: digital, social, print, communications, etc. Your goal will be to increase patient awareness and grow patient referrals. You'll manage 4-5 people in the marketing organization, collaborate with marketing teams across sister organizations and work with various agency partners. Specific responsibilities include:

- Grow and mentor team members embedded in various service line departments
- Create print, communications, digital and social marketing campaigns for new and established practices
- Create marketing campaigns for new practices
- Manage marketing for all clinical practices and build relationships / influence departments on best practices
- Act as a ?trailblazer? for new ideas, including referral strategies, planning, cross collaboration, etc.
- Manage budgets for agencies and staff allocation

Requirements for the Assistant Marketing Director include:

- Minimum 8+ years of marketing experience, with deep exposure to healthcare and proven leadership skills; must have Bachelors Degree
- Deep expertise in digital marketing, willingness to take a hands-on approach to execution
- Skilled communicator, team player and results-oriented manager who encourages honest, open dialogue at all levels of the organization
- Innate ability to build relationships with all levels of an organization
- Previous experience managing and mentoring staff.
- Ability to uncover and use research to inform marketing recommendations
- Previous experience managing an annual budget
