Our client, a well known home decor company, is looking for a strong Social Media Content Producer to join their team for a 6 month Contract Freelance position with possible extension. This role will need to have some onsite presence with remote flexibility, 40 hours a week.

The Social Media Content Producer will concept, develop, shoot, and edit content that conveys the commitment to comfort and connection through compelling brand stories on social media, product pages, and beyond. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Creative Services and will work collaboratively with multiple teams to execute the social and content strategy, including content solutions, primarily video.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, concept and pitch innovative and engaging content that aligns with marketing goals and current trends on social media.
- Work with creative director to create story and mood boards, as well as scripts that highlight our products
- Develop evergreen videos to enhance product information pages and content guides to help educate customers and improve SEO ranking
- Create, produce, and edit short and easily digested video for all marketing channels, including social and influencer
- Track and ensure the timing and quality of deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously through the entire creative process
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop and implement strategies and ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all media

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of video, social media and product content creation experience needed
-Possess a strong desire to create video content for social media and the ability to react quickly to trends and create brand-appropriate content on the fly.
- Have an intimate knowledge of best practices and current trends for each social media platform.
- Be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and various editing software.
- Be knowledgeable of visual and digital design principles such as layout, color, grids, icons, typography, proportion, photography and motion/rich media.
- Very organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work fast and multi-task
- Experience or passion for home products, interior design or fashion space a plus.

*This is a contract freelance position for 6 months possible extension.
