Our client is a boutique marcom agency and they are presently looking to hire an Account Executives to join their team, full time, focusing on some liquor brands.

*Please note this opportunity will start off remotely and eventually move to be hybrid remote/onsite with in person client meetings when appropriate. Proof of vaccination is required in order to be considered for this role.

Ideal Account Executive will be an experienced communication professional who understand and possess 360 marketing skills, with experience in the world of wines & spirits.

Account Executive Responsibilities:
- Join a small and collaborative team focusing on a wines/spirits client and day to day management and building strong client relationships
- Work with and oversee junior team members in the execution of client strategy
- Work internally with the team to establish priorities for workflow and deadlines relating to clients deliverables
- Manage client expectations by providing clear timelines and deliverables, as well as all billing/invoicing
- Ensure project progression, budget, and timelines for all client requests
- Lead and participate in weekly client statuses, ensure all internal deadlines are being met to achieve client deliverables
- Work with third-party vendors to develop and execute projects
- Communicate with and update senior staff regularly
- Collaborate with vendor partners to develop impactful and exciting projects at retail, including consumer-directed communication, merchandising, experiential, etc.

Account Executive Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in an account role, ideally within spirits / wine / liquors vertical
- Experienced with and thrive in a fast-paced environment with sometimes quick turnarounds / deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple teams to get projects completed and deliverables executed
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office programs i.e., Excel, Word, PPT and general social media
- Must be highly organized, proactive and resourceful with ability to juggle multiple projects and timelines
- You are a team player, have strong analytical and communication skills, and take initiative
- You write well and possess a great work ethic and professional attitude to cultivate long lasting and strong client relationships
