Our client, the world's most innovative finance
and technology company, is seeking a Marketing Analytics Manager to join their team.

**Please note, this role is remote for the time being but will be returning to the office in a hybrid schedule eventually. A laptop will be provided to you!**

The Marketing Analytics Manager will be responsible for:

- Managing marketing analytics and backend event triggers for omni-channel programs at all stages of the customer journey
- Improving key customer metrics: activation, spend, retention, and reactivation
- Driving customer engagement, product usage, retention, lifetime value, and revenue growth, as part of the Marketing Lifecycle team goals
- Managing relationship with the Engineering team and translating segment events for marketing campaigns workflows
- Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards that reflect lifecycle marketing funnel stages through Amplitude and Periscope
- Optimizing searches for clients so that they can find and utilize the client's application
- Managing list growth strategies, such as segmentation, personalization, and monitoring subscriber health
- Leading product transactional comms and regulatory comms
- Monitoring and leading Lifecycle App Store Optimization (ASO), Trustpilot/BBB/Wallethub and NPS review strategies and reporting
- Working with the full cross-functional team (product, engineering, compliance, risk, marketing and customer operations) as well as external vendors and partners to execute on the strategic vision and drive day to day operational results
- Partnering with Marketing, Product, Data Science teams, and other stakeholders to develop engaging and effective lifecycle campaigns
- Ensuring that all campaigns are built and executed in line with brand standards



The ideal Marketing Analytics Manager must:

- Have at least 3 years of relevant marketing experience
- Background in FinTech, Financial Services, Retail Banking preferred but not required
- Have experience in Amplitude and Periscope (or similar systems)
- Have strong analytical skills and deep experience with data analysis and report building (in platforms such us Amplitude and Periscope)
- Have experience working with an email marketing platform, including managing campaigns, creating journeys, setting up A/B tests, and reporting results
- Have strong project management, execution and problem-solving skills
- Have a passion for understanding the customer and finding solutions to improve their experience
- Be able to multitask and be flexible and nimble in a fast-paced startup environment
- Be a team player that can work with multiple teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals
- Be curious, success focused and looking to grow while contributing and producing
- Be diplomatic while working with stakeholders but driven by facts to make your case and be comfortable pushing bask when needed
- Be data-driven and analytical, especially in assessing campaign performance, identifying consumer behavior, creative opportunities, etc.
- Be comfortable working cross-functionally as you will touch many teams, often being the conduit to bring people together to come to a solution
- Be able to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment to hit deadlines and drive efforts
