Our agency client is looking for a full-time Senior Media Planner to join their growing team.

As the Senior Media Planner you will bring thought-leadership and guidance to the the paid media planning practice. You will manage and mentor at least one direct report and will work with a multidisciplinary team to move the business forward.

What you?ll be doing as the Senior Media Planner:
- Developing and presenting full-funnel B2B and B2C media.
- Working closely with account leads to set the strategic tone and direction for planning deliverables.
- Establishing processes and best practices for a growing department.
- Stewarding vendor relationships, challenging the standard offerings, pushing for innovation and first-to-market opportunities.
- Mentoring media buyers, helping them understand the strategy to inform vendor partners and teaching them the art of planning.
- Overseeing activations executed by junior team members to ensure they are meeting planned deliverables and client KPI goals.
- Maintaining media budgets and providing guidance on reallocation of funds across digital platforms and channels.
- Collaborating with measurement team to continually improve measurement frameworks and reporting.
- Evaluating end-to-end customer experience beyond paid media and identifying improvements across channels and touchpoints.
- Compiling client research, competitive data, and digital landscape information to share with client team.

Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years of strategic multi-channel media planning experience (Media agency experience preferred).
- Ability to develop and articulate strategic insights.
- 1+ year(s) of prior supervisory/management experience.
- Comfortable with data, analytics and measurement.
- Experience working with one (or more!) media tools, such as: Campaign Manager 360, Google Analytics, Search Ads 360/Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Nielsen/MRI, or any media buying software (i.e. Prisma, DDS, Bionic, etc.)

Nice to have:
- Offline media planning and/or buying experience including OOH, CTV, print media.
- Exposure to performance-driven, B2B clients.
- Working knowledge of third-party research tools.
- In-platform campaign management experience in DV360, on social channels (Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and/or with an ad server.
- Working knowledge of DSPs/DMPs, understanding of ad metrics (ROAS, LTV, etc.).
- Understanding of Ad Tech software or marketing automation platforms.
