Our client, a global alternative investment management firm, is seeking a Mid-level Graphic Designer to support their team on a part time basis.

**Please note: This is a part time role estimated about 2 days of work per week, with the possibility to increase as work increases. This role will also be a hybrid schedule, you will need to be in the office 2-3 days per week.

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for:

- Participating in every stage in the creative process, including conceptualization, storyboarding, and editing
- Adhering to brand and style guidelines while pushing creative boundaries and elevating design
- Concepting and creating original designs for a variety of materials including but not limited to: presentations, corporate reports, one pagers, recruiting collateral, email design, social media assets / graphics
- Maintaining tidy project files with organized assets, dependencies, and layer
- Creating complex graphics and animation for web, mobile, and other channels
- Art direction and strategic advisor on overarching design themes using design building blocks: iconography, infographics, photography, textures
- Working on 3-4 "active" projects per week as well as working with internal stakeholders to obtain feedback on existing work and making revisions / edits as needed to get the project over the finish line
- Managing digital delivery and print production
- Working cross functionally with a variety of teams on projects
- Assimilating themselves into the client's brand and maintaining brand identity across all pieces of work


The ideal Graphic Designer must:

- At least 5 years of design experience
- Have a clean, modern, "sexy corporate" aesthetic and a portfolio that showcases annual reports (ideally B2B), presentation design and social media assets
- Be proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite, expertise in PowerPoint in a must
- Have proven experience in digital and social design
- Be comfortable working within and matching your aesthetic to existing brand guidelines that have a good amount of regulations
- Video editing skills are highly preferred
- Be able to take feedback well and manage expectations on a project
- Have a high attention to detail and be well organized, you thrive in a multitasking environment and adjust and prioritize accordingly
- Have impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Be very hands on, a self-starter that can pick up a project and run with it
- Have previous experience working cross functionally with marketing teams, products teams, the C-suite, etc.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Be comfortable working on tight deadlines with limited hand holding
