Our client, the world's largest digital agency, has created an internal creative team to compete with the best. This team supports both internal and external stake holders and produces flawlessly executed world-class work. They are currently seeking a Senior Level Visual / Digital Designer to join their team on a permalance basis.

This team (and the Senior Visual / Digital Designer) will support two lines of business:

- Client Account Teams: Encouraging teams to tell strong visual and verbal stories to address complex business issues via client facing responses. These stories are presented in new creative mediums & PowerPoint centered around their own unique campaigns.

- Client's own brand and marketing efforts: supporting production deliverables on the client's new rebrand - including all internal training materials, presentations, broadcast pieces, environmental design, conference / event materials, print, and sub-branding packages.

The Senior Visual Designer will produce (and conceptualize) highly creative collateral on quick sprints such as:

- Keynote and PowerPoint Decks
- Print Collateral (posters, brochures, large scale graphics)
- Storyboards
- Branding and identity projects for events and company practices

The ideal candidate will also have a strong digital design background in order to run point on digital-specific projects brought to the team. You will be responsible for:

- Concepting and designing digital ads, web pages, emails, social assets, product pages, etc.
- Aligning visual design to a user journey
- Understanding how UX sequencing factors into usability / visual design
- Fleshing out design ideas and creating storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
- Creating detailed, annotated wireframes, capturing all stages, edge cases and happy paths for the user
- Designing and prototyping hi-fidelity mockups to demonstrate screen to screen interactions
- Collaborating with the client and the development team to review work and implement feedback as needed
- Guiding / mentoring junior visual designers on UI / UX best practices

You?ll bring a keen ability to take incredibly complex source material and make it visually elegant and easy to digest. Your clients are Fortune 100 companies and household names - your designs will influence their business and strategy decisions.

The ideal Senior Visual Designer must:

- Have at least 7 years of design experience, with strong experience in the digital space
- Be proficient in Keynote, Powerpoint, the Adobe Creative Suite as well as Adobe XD or website builders like WordPress or
- Have a portfolio that showcases conceptual design thinking and a storytelling ability
- Be comfortable working in Microsoft Teams
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Have excellent written, communication and organizational skills
- Embrace collaboration and quickly establish trust with clients
- Have excellent people skills and a positive attitude
- Be comfortable working on tight deadlines
- Must be able to synthesize client and internal feedback to produce nothing less than high-quality work for all deliverables
