Our client, the world's #1 discovery platform, is seeking a Market Researcher / Strategist, ideally with experience in the Ad Tech space, to join their team.

**Please note, this role will be a hybrid schedule, you will need to be in the office 2-3 days per week. A laptop will be provided to you!**

The Market Researcher / Strategist will be responsible for:

- Working closely with the company's best customers, business and product teams to use their unique platform data to devise creative best practices and develop digital media strategies
- Sharing insights and concepts directly to customers, presenting at conferences, meetups, webinars, and across social channels
- Having a thorough understanding of the company's ad platform - how it works, how clients should utilize it - as well as the platform's competitors
- Developing data-based creative best practices for ad campaign assets, such as headlines, images, videos and landing pages
- Sharing learnings and insights internally and externally using diverse formats and channels
- Consulting customers? digital marketing teams on how to optimize campaigns for the ad platform
- Analyzing clients' current campaigns and advising how they can be improved by pointing out issues with the campaign (better visuals needed, improved headline, etc.), obstacles that are impacting click through rate, etc. while upselling the platform's automation tools
- Creating presentations for clients that break down your campaign analysis
- Running analysis on "completed" campaigns to show the client's ROI
- Working with the product team to develop, test and improve advertiser products relating to ad formats and creative strategy optimization
- Staying up to date on digital media trends and technologies and coming up with new initiatives to add value to our customers
- Working within the company's "white glove internal agency" to service high end clientele
- Advising on the market, bringing new insights to your clients and using storytelling to explain how the platform will support them

The ideal Market Researcher / Strategist must:

- Have a minimum of 3-5 years of client-facing experience in the digital media space
- Be able to understand data and collaborate with data analysts
- Be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Be an expert in the adtech space with a thorough understanding of what's happening in the industry and how that impacts your clients
- Be highly motivated, proactive, dedicated and creative in order to pull all necessary resources for the client
- Have a high attention to detail and be well organized, you thrive in a multitasking environment and adjust and prioritize accordingly
- Have impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to quickly establish trust with clients
- Have a strong eye for design and copy
- Be a strong presenter, virtually and in-person
- Have a can-do attitude with an ability to embrace new challenges and ways of thinking
- Be very hands on, a self-starter that can pick up a project and run with it
- Have previous experience working cross functionally with marketing teams, products teams, the C-suite, etc.
- Understand and be aware of cultural differences when working with global teams
- Be willing to work non-traditional hours as needed in order to meet deadlines and accommodate colleagues around the globe
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Be comfortable working on tight deadlines
