Email Developer Lead

Rate $95,000 - $105,000 salary + 8% annual bonus comp
Our client in the education space is growing their team and looking to bring on a full time, direct hire, remote Email Developer Lead.

- 50% / 50% - develop and code responsive emails and orchestrate the campaigns (working with individuals for higher level strategy)
- Help to operationalize email development, ensuring a process is in place
- Support omni-channel marketing campaigns, data segmentation, journey automation, multi-variant testing, quality assurance, and performance monitoring
- Partner with creative team to ensure emails render correctly in inbox (i.e. take dark mode into consideration - do images, colors, text come across properly)
- Be able to work within different email platforms, but support migrating to one (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

Required Skills/Experience:
- Background in email operations (being able to collaborate to work with other teams - strategy, creative)
- Experience leading/mentoring other developers
- Experience in email automation programs, ideally Salesforce Marketing Could
- Email coding, experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Salesforce certification ideal
- Self starter, detail oriented
