Our tech agency client is looking for a super savvy and organized event assistant to join their team full-time in Seattle starting around March 19.

What you'll be doing:
* supporting the event manager and working on event logistics, including facilitating the completion of contracts and paperwork, scheduling international and domestic travel, identifying swag ideas for conferences, securing registrations, etc.
* note: some domestic and international travel may be required for this position

Who you are:
* whip-smart and hyper-organized with an interest in events / trade shows
* someone who has 1-2 years of professional experience
* someone who is extremely detail-oriented, and has strong organization skills, able to juggle multiple requests at a time
* someone who is very eager to learn about events
* someone who has a creative eye, as you would be helping to determine conference materials and swag at times
* a mix of smart but down-to-earth - no egos here!

Who they are:
* an awesome agency who primarily works with tech clients (specifically in the digital currency space - it's okay if this is new to you!)
