Our B2B SaaS startup client is seeking a Marketing Director to join their team!

This Marketing Director must have experience creating lead generation campaigns that sell SaaS products to enterprise companies, and has previously managed direct reports at a smaller sized/startup company.

The responsibilities for this Marketing Director are:
- Develop lead generation strategy and marketing plans
- Find and engage marketing qualified leads
- Developing product and brand storytelling
- Establish enterprise level brand credibility
- Build a small marketing team of 2-4 in 2022
- Manage people while still acting as an individual contributor

The ideal Marketing Director has:
- Past experience owning entire lead generation campaigns / branding programs
- Understanding of B2B, enterprise level SaaS knowledge
- Familiarity with Hubspot
- Enterprise level experience
- Team leadership and team building experience
- Action-oriented and comfortable with ambiguity
- Innovative and creative approach to attract clients and succeed over the competition
- Comfort in working in a cross-functional environment, working closely with Sales, Engineering, and Product
