Our client in Phoenix is looking for a Paid Search Manager to join their team full-time! Please apply/reply with your salary requirements!

What you will be doing as the Paid Search Manager:
- Leading and mentoring a team to meet daily expectations and deliverables
- Adhere to the set best practices while ensuring the team / department is executing accordingly
- Manage daily execution of digital media paid search campaigns (PPC/SEM)
- Actively manage digital media paid search campaigns to the clients’ weekly and monthly budget goals
- Maintain high levels of up-to-date knowledge of best practices and strategies in the management of online paid media
- Develop digital media strategies to optimize the competitive position of the client
- Assist in development of digital media paid search plans and building effective relationships with all vendors


What you need to know as the Paid Search Manager:
- 6+ years of experience in dedicated paid media role
- Must have proven Management experience (make sure it's pointed out on your resume)
- Experience managing large amounts of paid clients, budgets and hitting monthly goals for spend, revenue and key performance metrics (100+ clients)
- Experience with direct client relationship responsibilities includes regular reporting, collaborative strategic planning, and performance management
- Google and Bing certified preferred (but not a deal breaker)
- Experience with internal site visitor reporting/tracking programs or software
- Proven experience of growing a paid media department by taking the department to the next milestones
