Our Fort Worth client is looking for a Account Manager focused on key accounts to join their team! This newly created, FULL-TIME role starts mid-March!

Your Goal
Strike a balance between the needs of premiere, multimillion-dollar customers' needs and the best solution to meet them in collaboration with internal teams.

Ideal Account Manager
5+ years' project management experience, medium-level Microsoft Excel skills, polished and problem-solver

Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day customer communications.
• Identify and understand customer concerns, requirements and needs across products and services.
• Work with product development, engineering, sales and operations to determine most realistic solutions.
• Manage progress of products / services promised, from documentation of information (conversations, requirements) to development to delivery to customer.
• Analyze sales data to ensure competitive pricing, opportunities for upsell, etc.
• Process orders, create reports as needed and help resolve client issues to resolution.
• Travel with Director quarterly or monthly when possible to visit domestic clients.
• Develop quarterly review presentation for clients.

Software: Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Project
