Our retail client in Fort Worth is looking for a Marketing Analytics Manager to join their team! This newly created role starts as soon as this month.

This is an exciting new role for a Marketing Analytics Manager to join a storied Fort Worth company with a national presence! Your expertise and experience digging into marketing data and providing actionable insights will be pivotal to helping the company grow to a whole new level.

Software/Knowledge: Advanced Microsoft Excel; relational databases; large, complex data sets; strong statistical knowledge around testing and modeling

What You'll Be Doing
• Define KPI metrics and benchmarks.
• Track promotions, digital and ecommerce performance.
• Standardize and automate ongoing reports.
• Data mine POS system and conduct customer and competitive research to improve brand, marketing, merchandising and product decisions.
• Collaborate with channel, digital, merchandising and product marketing teams to identify opportunities to support.
• Work with IT to optimize data collection and reporting and implement future CRM and marketing automation.
• Constantly manage list segmentation and data integrity for email and direct mail.
• Derive and present actionable business insights.
• Help recruit and manage future marketing analyst.
