Account Specialist - Orlando

Our vacation client in Orlando, is seeking an Account Specialist to join their team on a remote contract assignment.

As the Account Specialist you will be responsible to assist with ALL creative projects from start to finish. Projects can vary from print and digital projects (e.g., brochures, emails, etc.), strategy sessions, brainstorms and account planning.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
+ Track multiple creative jobs with minimal supervision, high sense of urgency in monitoring day-to-day project activities, and tracking changes
+ Oversee projects through the creative development process, from kick-off through concept inception to production to final asset delivery
+ Develop timelines and manage orderly flow of creative projects
+ Organize, attend, and lead kick off and status meetings with key players to ensure that project needs and deadlines are being met
+ Liaises and acts as the link between, the client, the content and creative studio

REQUIREMENTS:
+ Min 3 years in account management or project management roles with an Ad Agency or in-house creative team
+ Strong experience in project management, encompassing small-scale projects to multi-tiered campaign projects
+ Skilled using MS Office applications
+ Must have experience managing projects in a project management software tool such as Workfront. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
