Our client, a Boston-based startup now backed by a new, large financial institution, is looking for a full time Engagement Marketing Manager to join their team!

The Engagement Marketing Manager will report directly to the VP of Marketing and will work cross functionally to help strategize, implement and optimize client engagement across their platform and help enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities include:
- Help develop a strategy to encourage participant engagement across their platform and educate participants and clients
- Build and manage a suite of resources for current and new customers/participants
- Work with client success team in the development of employee and employer marketing materials
- Partner with other teams (product, sales, operations, etc) to gain insights and coordinate new product launches
- Work with email marketing manager to enhance customer engagement and use analytics to optimize the approach

The ideal Engagement Marketing Manager will have:
- 4+ years experience in a digital marketing capacity,with a focus on customer engagement
- Ability to show previous experience of strategy that drove participation and engagement and tie to results
- Basic understanding of email marketing (as it's their primary channel of communication)
- B2B experience strongly preferred and any financial experience is a huge plus!
- Must be a self starter and able to prioritize
- Comfortable with analytics and reporting

This is a full time, onsite opportunity with a company that has the flexibility of a startup, but the stability of a larger brand.
