Our client in Chandler is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to bring organization and fresh ideas to their marketing department!

This onsite, freelance role is 40 hours/ week and ongoing starting at the end of March. There is an opportunity to join the team full-time for the right candidate! Production Art skills are a major plus.

What you will be doing as a Marketing Coordinator:
- Working directly with the CMO to track daily projects
- Manage department calendar
- Create spreadsheets and reports to manage project timelines
- Production art using InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Use Basecamp, Asana, or other project management software daily

What you need to know as a Marketing Coordinator:
- Must have 1-3 years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator
- Must be extremely organized
- Strong communicator
- Knowledge of marketing deliverables, including digital, print, social media, and media
- Previous experience in Production preferred
- MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Ability to convert documents to PDF
- Ability to convert images to JPG files
