Our client has the need for an Instructional Designer to start ASAP on a freelance basis. Can work FROM HOME!

CLIENT NEEDS: A designer who is adept at building an On-Demand Course in a learning management system.

• Create and develop learning programs and services, manage the delivery and content of the e-Learning Course
• Conduct research methodologies implementing cognitive theory approaches
• Assess needs, developing learning and design objectives, and identifying appropriate delivery methods and materials to address needs, including courses, videos, job aids, etc.
• Conceptualize and design course storyboards by rapidly prototyping (organizing graphics, creating learning objects, documenting course development and animations) Review, revise and translate content into relevant and effective learning experiences

• Proven work experience in researching and creating curriculum and content for online courses
• Familiar with learning theories and instructional design models that influence product sales
• Excellent PC skills including experience with Storyboard, Articulate; Lectora; Camtasia; Captivate: Word; Excel; PowerPoint; Access; and Acrobat
