Our hospitality client is hiring a full time CRM Manager.

This position will focus heavily on the management and development of the current CRM whilst managing an external team that focuses on email marketing through the CRM.

CRM Manager Responsibilities:
- Conduct performance audits on the current system
- Manage CRM data flow through all integrations
- Develop the CRM customer journey process by focusing on strategy across multiple channels, including web, display, email, SMS, push, social, direct mail
- Deliver reports on CRM status
- Create a roadmap for future development of the system
- Liaise with external agency to ensure smooth data integration

CRM Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years experience
- Strong understanding of a CRMs development cycle
- Experience in Email Marketing channel management
- Experience in CRM database administration
- Experience in project management and data analytics a plus
