Our manufacturing client is looking for a Creative Director / Manager to help direct and implement an ongoing brand revamp. The ideal candidate is someone with 8+ years B2C CPG knowledge.

This role is the lead of the design studio and manages design and creative strategies while ensuring the style and tone are being represented correctly.

Sr. Manager, Design & Creative Responsibilities:
- Direct the implementation of brand standards in the consumer experience design studio
- Manage a small team of direct reports with the ability to provide insight on how to scale the department moving forward
- Liaise with external partners that provide design collateral
- Write creative briefs, coordinate various projects, scale content across new formats whilst driving a new brand narrative outlined through all CX teams.
- Plan yearly design and creative calendars
- Provide guidance on video and photo shoots with six figure budgets

Sr. Manager, Design & Creative Requirements:
- 8+ years minimum experience
- Proven record of multichannel content creation
- B2C CPG experience a must
- Experience in the Adobe suite
- Excellent presentation skills, creative development, writing, editing, and proofing.
- Experience in translating consumer research
- Experience in managing teams
