Position Marketing Manager Opportunities: Membership

We are working with an organization in Charlotte that is looking to grow it's membership base and is seeking two Marketing Managers to help on this initiative.

One role will focus on acquiring new members, while the other will focus on retaining members and loyalty programs.

Membership Marketing Background / Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing
- Direct mail campaign experience is a MUST
- Membership / loyalty and CRM experience is highly preferred and should be called out in application

Membership Marketing Responsibilities:
- Develop strategy and execute campaigns that engage + educate consumers on product offerings
- Customer campaigns will be integrated, keeping in mind that direct mail is still a primary driver to engagement
- Oversee campaign success and liaise with third party partners to review analytics; successful candidates will be experienced in Excel and understand how to manipulate data to gather insights to improve future campaigns

- Specific to the acquisition role, direct mail is their primary driver, but candidate will still focus on integrated campaigns; previous loyalty experience is preferred

- Specific to the retention role, candidates will focus on the customer lifecycle from onboarding through to retention; previous loyalty / retention experience is MUST
