We are working with an organization in Charlotte that is looking to grow and engage their membership and is seeking two Marketing Managers to help on this initiative.

One role will focus on understanding the metrics of their product marketing, while the other will focus on overall customer experience (loyalty, CRM, and retention) with their members.

General Marketing Background / Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing
- Traditional and Digital Marketing experience preferred
- Customer Experience (CX) highly preferred!

Product Acquisition Marketing Responsibilities:
- Understand product audience + engagement metrics to develop strategy to grow membership base
- Review campaign performance, analyzing the most effective strategies and assessing the performance
- Lead agency partners and drive strategy behind their work
- Excel expertise is key to understand the quantitative aspect to this role

Customer Experience + Loyalty Marketing Responsibilities:
- Overall focus on the customer experience lifecycle from membership to future engagement
- Research and understand membership categories, creating customer journey maps for various persona
- Determine key factors behind customer retention (general loyalty, award driven, etc.) and improve communications with member segments
