Our boutique agency client in Fort Worth is looking for a full time Business Development Manager to join their team! This is a direct hire opportunity that will only require you to be in the office a few days per week!

The ideal Business Development Manager will have at least 3+ years' experience within marketing/ communications/ PR and a Bachelor's degree. It is preferred that the Business Development Manager have some agency experience.

This agency works with a lot of education, municipality, non-profit, healthcare, entertainment and hospitality clients. Any experience working with these types of clients is a huge plus!

The Business Development Manager will pitch new business, promote the agencies capabilities to local clients, attend networking events and meet with clientele. This is a client facing role!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet goals and quota set by the agency
- Collaborate with internal team on new proposals
- Create RFPs/RFIs and negotiate contracts.
- Research and identify new opportunities within existing clientele
- Prospect over the phone and in-person

MUST HAVE:
- 3+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong marketing and/or communications background. We need someone who isn't afraid to be a go-getter!
