Our agency client is looking for a Digital Asset Management Specialist who will be responsible for overseeing the setup and migration of digital assets into a new DAM.

What you'll be doing as the Digital Asset Management Specialist in this role:
- Planning the organization from hierarchy to file naming convention for the new DAM.
- Outlining tagging strategy including a variety of different types of brand assets: fonts, images, music, video, iconography, logos, brand guidelines, final projects etc.
- Ensuring taxonomy and naming conventions are meticulously setup and followed during migration.
- Establishing and setting up access controls.
- Training users on DAM as required.
- Recommending changes and improvements based on business needs and client requests.

Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Digital Asset Manager, Librarian or similar role.
- Thorough understanding of end to end archival, licensing, user admin etc.
- Have setup DAMs from the ground up, working with cross-functional teams to set out business requirements and consider a variety of user needs.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
