Our financial client is looking for a Marketing Website Specialist who can manage the customer experience on their website. You will build and execute digital marketing campaigns, brand and demand generation programs. Youll work with talented web developers to bring campaigns to life .

Using your strong project management skills to bring to life a high volume of campaigns and reimagine how they go to market digitally with a focus on data analytics and optimization. You will gain a deep understanding of their clients to improve targeting through channels that matter most to them with a goal to foster loyalty, drive advocacy, and enhance experiences.

Key responsibilities as the Marketing Website Specialist:
- Guiding the conception, execution and delivery of brand and demand generation programs through our website and digital initiatives.
- Making timely updates to the site and enhancing SEO.
- Providing feedback on web copy and design ensuring it is optimal for the channel.
- Building and executing AEM campaigns that deliver against specific business goals and campaign objectives.
- Leading and establishing priorities for a team of web developers while managing their day-to-day work.
- Conducting content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information on the website.
- Supporting and troubleshooting all website related issues.
- Providing monthly reporting, post-campaign analysis and insights.
- Staying ahead of industry trends and developments.
- Collaborating across brand, marketing and communications teams on digital campaigns.
- Working hand in hand with translations team to ensure we have a quality bilingual website.

Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years of experience working with digital content and marketing teams.
- Strong project management; organized and articulate with impeccable attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a very fast-paced, complex, yet dynamic work environment
- Strong web copy editing capabilities.
- Experience leading a team of web developers.
- Committed to quality, exercising diligence to QA process.
- Understanding of AEM.
- Track record of delivering cross-channel, demand generation campaigns for leading brands.
- Hands-on expertise with third-party platforms like Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics and Power BI.
- Solid experience building digital analytics dashboards out of Adobe Analytics (Omniture) and Google Analytics 360 data.
- In-depth knowledge of martech capabilities spanning platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, Marketo, email marketing, CRM, etc.), production (content marketing, SEM/PPC, marketing automation, SEO, benchmarking, media plan design, etc.) and measurement (analytics, dashboarding, reporting, etc.)
