Our boutique event agency is looking for an exceptional Account Manager to work collaboratively with client service team members on full-cycle, luxury and high-touch events. If you love events and love all the beautiful details - this role could be a great next step for you!

What you'll be doing as the Account Manager on this team:
- Being key client contact managing relationships and communications with assigned clients.
- Managing financial, structural and communications on all assigned accounts.
- Managing simultaneous projects or larger portfolios
consisting of multiple clients.
- Receiving and replying to clients' requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Learning and understanding clients' needs and requests with a focus on flawless program execution.
- Sustaining and growing accounts.
- Diving into client briefs to understand the ask, success metrics and key deliverables.
- Managing and overseeing all executions, including being in-person at the highest priority executions (often necessitating travel to various cities across North America).
- Managing team/direct reports, including training, ongoing coaching, career development and performance evaluations.
- Leading by example and fostering positive team spirit and morale.
- Identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.
- Solving and managing conflict with clients, escalating to senior management as needed.
- Working with internal cross-functional teams ensuring delivery of project scope.
- Establishing budgets and preparing invoices.
- Financial tracking, reporting, and optimization for each account, ensuring profitability across all budgets.
- Providing reporting and insights at the culmination of a program to evaluate success and future opportunity areas.
- Learning about client and industry trends to bring knowledge, innovation and thought leadership.

Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years of experience as an Account Manager working on events or premium activations.
- Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Keynote and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional and timely in responses both internally and externally (vendors, partners, clients).
- Time management - able to deliver within timelines, prioritize tasks and communicate when support is required.
- Teamwork - possess a collaborative and positive spirit, work well in a team
- Proven experience building relationships and manager clients.
