Our consulting client is looking for a full time Digital Project Manager to exceptional experiences. You will be working directly with innovative client ensuring the project team is well represented, being an advocate for the client and keeping project on-time, on-budget and on-scope.

What you'll be doing as the Digital Project Manager in this role:
- Working with clients and project teams to define project requirements, resources, budgets, phases, tasks, schedules, and timelines.
- Assessing projects for risks and identifying risk or red flags.
- Facilitating collaboration with project and client teams to mitigate these risks.
- Tracking project status and managing progress of digital projects - updating: project plans, timelines, budgets, RAID logs, tasks, client reports etc.
- Managing client expectations, daily communications and providing regular status updates.
- Learning and understanding internal team's process (dev and design), and how to set them up.
- Making insight based decisions that positively affect the outcomes of projects.
- Presenting project plans/schedules to clients in meetings.
- Facilitating internal and client meetings providing clarity around roles, responsibilities, stages and tasks.
- Anticipating needs of teammates and ensuring that they are not blocked from achieving project success.
- Holding team/clients accountable to their commitments for a project.
- Continuously looking for ways to improve studio workflow and processes.
- Assisting in the sales process by estimating timelines, costs, and scopes of work.

Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Digital Project Manager or similar role (experience managing medium - large teams through web, mobile and/or digital projects).
- Have a thorough understanding of complex (marketing, business and IT) projects.
- Have familiarity expertise with the Microsoft suite of tools (excel, planner, teams)
- Working knowledge of Project Management Processes, Agile Methodologies, responsive web, project and product management.
- Be empathetic to client needs and diplomatic in solving problems that arise
- Can write and speak clearly about complex ideas, systems, frameworks, strategies, and project progression with clients.

Bonus: Industry-standard certifications in Project Management (CAPM, PMP, SMC, etc.) // Governmental Security Clearance // Bilingualism (French-English) considered an asset.
