Our Consulting Services client is seeking 2-3 Fulltime Designers to join their team.

This is a remote role during COVID working EST hours. You must be vaccinated to work onsite.

Product Designer Responsibilities:
- Create impactful, digital solutions in an integrated team with strategy consultants, product managers, data scientists and software developers
- Oversee the full design process from user research, synthesis, concept creation, prototyping, testing and creating high-fidelity UX/UI and visual design
- Contribute to product strategy, advocate for the power and value of design, and collaborate closely with a variety of client stakeholders to ensure capability transfer
- Own and present deliverables to the client
- Make updates to presentation materials and explain the process, strategy and progress to client leadership
- Create and drive your own workplan, explain progress to the PM or strategist on projects
- Utilize different programs depending on the client project(PPT, Keynote, Figma, Sketch, Miro, etc.)
- The Product Design Manager is an emerging design leader, and the backbone of our design capability
- The Manager & Sr Manager will be responsible for coaching and developing junior team members

The IDEAL Product Designer will be:
- Highly collaborative, pragmatic, intelligent with exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change and have a passion for making an impact in high-stake business environments
- Previous experience in Consulting is preferable but not a must
- Must have client facing experience and must be comfortable creating work for strategy and presentations

Product Designer Requirements:
- Product Designer will have 1-3 years of UX/ Product design experience. Senior Product Designer will have 3-5 years.
- Manager will have 5-8 years of UX / product design experience. Sr Manager will have 8-10+ years.
- A deep understanding of UX/UI, Design Thinking and Agile methodologies
- Comfort with all stages of the design process, from early stage insights gathering, to strategy definition, concepting, and building
- Develop personas, user journeys, interaction models, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Fluency in working with UI and prototyping tools (ie: Miro, Figma, Invision, Webflow, Adobe CS) and PPT
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation and collaboration skills
- A highly entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- This role requires up to 30% domestic travel to clients as needed post-pandemic

Nice to have Skills:
- Experience working in a client services environment
- Shipping of software product in collaboration with engineering
- A basic understanding of product and business strategy
