Our client, an industry-leading software company, is looking for a Senior Manager, UX Research to join their team.

What you'll be doing as the Senior Manager, UX Research in this role:
- Developing the UX Research practice, with a focus on research innovation, and leading UX operations
- Coaching and mentoring a team of 6 direct reports, and shaping knowledge sharing within the broader organization
- Collaborating with product owners, engineering teams, users and clients to uncover opportunities and position research as a strategic driver for products and services
- Working on industry-leading software products in the media and entertainment space
- Being a thought leader, staying on top of emerging technologies and trends

Skills and Experience for the Senior Manager, UX Research role:
- 7+ years exp as a UX Research Manager or Lead including previous successful leadership experience
- Strong understanding of a variety of research methods
- Excellent communication with the ability to distill complex ideas to their essence
- Proficiency with key industry tools and a keen interest to stay on top of industry developments and trends
