Our manufacturing client needs a Communication Specialist to join their team full time this Spring.

The Communications Specialist will work alongside another writer and work closely with Product teams to support content needs for 7 different product lines on web, social, email and other print communication tools.

Communication Specialist Responsibilities:
- Serves as primary contact in the planning, development, and execution of marketing communications and social media strategies: including content calendar creation and management, across multiple product brands.
- Assists in writing, editing, and proofing a variety of documents including product catalogs, promotional materials (e.g., brochures, fliers, ads, postcards, etc.), sales tools, corporate website, email templates, training manuals, and other internal and external marketing communications.
- Helps with developing and writing content for the company’s quarterly magazine, Vision. This role would serve as a supplemental writer for this publication.
- Collaboratively works with other members of Communications and Marketing departments to produce materials such as corporate presentations and email marketing messages for internal departments and the company’s sales force that encompass thousands of independent Distributors.

Communications Specialist Requirements:
- 3 + years of copywriting experience (marketing-related experience preferred).
- Prefer Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or Marketing.
- Experience in Agriculture, animal or human health, and commercial cleaning / building products is a plus
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, as well as Adobe Acrobat
