Conservative nonprofit client is looking for a UX/UI Designer to join their team full-time. This is a hybrid (3 days/week) on-site role in Encino (SF Valley).

UX/UI DESIGNER DUTIES:
-Act as sole UX/UI Designer
-Collaborate with internal teams (technology, marketing/design, community programs) to understand stakeholder needs and present the most effective wireframe and design solutions (storyboards, sitemaps, screen flows)
-Work with teams to improve and optimize and come up with innovative solutions/user flows including content, controls, visual design and development, information architecture, user research, branding and customer/technical support
-Develop personas and usage scenarios
-Analyze user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance user experience
-Additional duties as assigned

UX/UI DESIGNER REQUIREMENTS:
-4+ years of experience in customer-facing apps with a strong emphasis on visual or interaction design
-Solid understanding of graphic design, web technologies, and wire-framing tools
-Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Zeplin, etc.
-Understanding of prototyping methodologies, user research methodologies, and A/B test planning/execution
