Ecommerce, D2C client is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to join their growing marketing team!

Performance Marketing Specialist Duties:
Oversee and help to drive paid media strategies alongside management to increase brand visibility/recognition, drive new user acquisition, and increase revenue.
From campaign launch to final analysis work with external agency to monitor budgets and oversee paid media performance for each channel, tracking intended KPIs.
Take data analytics and share insights with management to create action items for ongoing campaign optimization and maintenance.
Verify online presence, promotions, and projects meet brand standards and final approvals.
Generate and maintain content planners, calendars and or tracking documents; updating as campaign elements shift and new information becomes available.
Provide internal and external partners with all necessary sources/materials, facilitate approvals, and communicate notes back to corresponding parties to ensure all timelines are met.
Procure advertisement assets from all parties to safeguard all content is delivered as planned; modify to best practices as necessary.
Assist media teams in optimizing their performance including coordination of content and strategy for specific campaigns and goals.
Synthesize daily, weekly, monthly, and lifetime reports with quantifiable key performance metrics, thoughtful analysis, and recommendations for distribution to the company.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience coordinating digital strategy for SEM, (Google Ads), social media (Facebook) and programmatic (Criteo, YouTube) campaigns. SEO experience a plus.
3+ years experience and coordinating/working with in-house creative teams and outside agencies.
3+ years experience with brand initiatives to improve and drive awareness. Experience in a startup with retail focus a plus.
Capable of working with cross-functional teams to obtain common goals.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google ads, Facebook Ads Manager.
Proficienct in MS Office, primarily Excel and PowerPoint; ability to create reports, presentations, tables, and charts
